The Castalia Rec Board regrets to announce that we are officially canceling the 2020 Spring/Summer seasons for our Baseball, Softball, and T-ball programs. We hope everyone understands that this was not an easy decision, but one that we felt was necessary.  After thoroughly reviewing the governor’s  Responsible Restart Ohio orders for Baseball and Softball, we felt it was in our community’s best interest to not attempt a season under these criteria.  Our plan is to offer full refunds to all participants, however if you would like to donate all or a portion of your fees to our Low Income Scholarship fund or to the Cement Street Fields renovation project it would very much appreciated.   Donations can be made by emailing the [email protected] and advising us of your choice by June 1^st.  For everyone else your checks will be sent out with no need to contact us further unless you have an address change.  Please be on the lookout for checks in the mail and if anyone hasn’t received them by July 1^st please reach out to us. Sponsors will be contacted by a board member to discuss rollovers, donations or refunds.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to email the board.
